MICROSOFT POWERPOINT VS MICROSOFT SWAY

Image
I have used both MS PowerPoint and MS Sway for the IT Professional Skills module. They both have a lot of same properties and can be used for presentations at college, work or anywhere. You can add slides with relevant text to make a presentation in both. I have used Microsoft PowerPoint my whole life, using Microsoft Sway was something new for me. therefore, I will be explaining the differences in both with pros and cons. 1. MICROSOFT POWERPOINT Microsoft PowerPoint is a software created by Microsoft which can create presentations from scratch or from a given template. The user can input text, images, art or videos into their presentation while selecting a professional design with the PowerPoint designer. They can add transitions, animations or cinematic motion into their presentation to make it more professional or to make it look good. The user can then save the presentation on OneDrive for easy access from anywhere. The software also gives the ability to share the work with others ...

How To Assemble a Gaming PC!

Image
Gather all the computer components you require in your gaming PC build after which you will start the process of assembling. You can do it yourself or take it to a computer store where they will assemble the PC for you if they offer such services, but I will show you how to do it yourself even though you can watch videos on YouTube “how to build a PC”. You will start with the motherboard as it connects everything together either it is the input or output devices. Once you have the motherboard of your choice, you will need a PC case for the motherboard. The PC case must be compatible with the motherboard, so it fits properly. Once the motherboard is inside the case, you will be required to place the CPU chip of your choice (INTEL OR AMD) in the motherboard. After which you will be installing the SSD (hard drive) and RAM of your choice (Capacity) in their slots on the motherboard, the RAM and SSD should be compatible with the motherboard. After the installation of the RAM, you wi...

Thinking To Build A PC For Gaming or Programming?

Image
First thing which comes in your mind when building a PC is what purpose will it serve?; Will it be used for gaming, office work or programming although you can make a build which can serve all purposes but obviously it will cost you a lot. If you are building a PC for office work or Programming, it will be cost friendly than a gaming PC as those PC builds only require the basic computer components such as low storage ram, hard drive and the processor because the programs you need to run for programming or office work do not require high specification computer components as they can run on a basic computer build. Second thing which comes in your mind when building a gaming PC is what computer components do I require for this build? such as the graphic card, SSD storage, ram storage, the processor and so on. When building a gaming PC, you must consider a lot of factors; which I will be covering in a separate blog post, but I can give you an example in this post such as what graphic car...
